Before you had a name, you had breath.

Before you had a title, you had a spine.

Before you had a portal (vessel), you had a pulse.

We live in a world that teaches us to treat the body as a problem to be solved, a surface to be decorated, a vehicle to be driven into the ground while we chase what we were told matters. But the ancestors say differently.

The body is not a machine.

It is an altar.

It is the first temple.

It is the place where the divine agreed to take form so that you could experience the weight of air, the heat of fire, the pull of water, the steadiness of earth.

Every wound, every scar, every curve, every line is not a flaw in the architecture. It is a record. A map. A testimony to what you have carried, what you have survived, what you are still learning to release.

When you dishonor the body by starving it of rest, by filling it with what does not nourish, by speaking to it with cruelty, by ignoring its whispers until they become screams, you are not being productive.

You are profaning the altar.

You were taught to fear chaos. To pathologize anything that does not fit neatly into the category of "fine." To treat the body like a machine that should run smoothly, quietly, without interruption, without mess, without truth.

But the ancestors say: Chaos is not your enemy. Chaos is the primordial waters before they were divided. Chaos is the dark womb where life begins. Chaos is the necessary disruption that returns what is out of balance to the source.

What you call "disorder" the fatigue that will not explain itself, the pain that has no diagnosis, the anxiety that comes in waves without warning; these are not always signs that something is wrong with you. Sometimes, they are signs that something is trying to come into alignment.

Health is not a static state. Health is the capacity to move with what is arising. It is the spine that knows when to be flexible and when to be strong. It is the heart that can hold grief and joy in the same chamber. It is the breath that does not hold itself hostage waiting for safety.

The body is not a problem to be solved. The body is a conversation to be entered.

There is a place within you that does not speak in words. It speaks in dreams. In echoes. In the tightening of the chest when a certain name is spoken. In the inexplicable grief that rises without warning. In the joy that bursts forth at a rhythm your mind cannot explain.

The ancestors call this place the womb space; not because it belongs only to those with female bodies, but because it is the seat of creation, the place of gestation, the chamber where what is not yet born, is held and formed and made ready.

In bodies that carry a uterus, this space is physical. In all bodies, it is energetic. It is the hollow at the center. The place of vulnerability. The place of power. The place where lineage lives.

For generations, you have been told to ignore this place. To numb it. To control it. To treat its messages as inconvenient. But the ancestors say: The womb space does not forget. And what it remembers, the body will eventually speak.

Trust that the ancestors who chose you did not choose you to burn out they chose you to endure.

You have been running on borrowed time. Borrowed from your sleep. Borrowed from your peace. Borrowed from the moments when your children or your beloveds reached for you and you gave them the leftover, the exhausted, the "I'll be present when I finish this."

The ancestors see. They do not judge. They have run the same race and they are saying: Stop.

Not because you are failing. Because you are ready to receive a deeper lesson.

The world will take from you because you are luminous. The hungry will come. The desperate will reach. The systems that depend on your labor will demand more. But you are not responsible for saving everyone who reaches for your flame.

You are responsible for tending the flame so that it can continue to burn for those who come after.

The primordial waters do not apologize for their depth.

They do not become shallow so that the fearful can wade without risk. They do not drain themselves to accommodate those who cannot swim.

They are deep, dark, ancient, full of life that has never seen the sun. And those who are ready to dive find what they need. Those who are not find another shore.

The flame does not apologize for its heat.

It does not dim itself so that the cold can approach without discomfort. It does not question whether it is too much, too bright, or too intense. It simply burns and those who need warmth draw close. Those who are not ready stand at a distance, or they walk away. Neither is a failure.

You will be too much for some. Too intense. Too spiritual. Too woo-woo. Too serious. Too demanding. Too slow. Too fast. Too something that does not fit into the neat categories the world has created for wellness.

Let them go. Not with bitterness. With love. They are not your people. And that is not a loss it is a clarification. Every person who walks away makes room for the one who has been searching for exactly what you carry.
